HTML Manual Print Instructions

To Print HTML Manuals:

Version 16 Payroll Manua, 2005 Year End User Guide, and the Quickstart guide consists of a various array of individual files, including the Main Pages, Table of Contents, and Indexes. To print, you must click into each file by using the links to navigate to the chapter of choice, Contents, or Index, and printing each separately. In v16, the frames are removed, so you do not need to worry about what side of the "page" you are clicked into. Please Note: HTML manuals have no page numbers and the pages may "break" in odd locations. These manuals are meant to be updated quickly and to view onscreen, and until an exact page layout and numbering system is developed that works with all browsers, basic HTML, and CSS, there will be no page numbers in our online documentatione.

  • Navigate to the chapter you wish to print. If you want the entire manual, start with the Table Of Contents, the proceed in logical order through each chapter, ending with the Index.
  • Select File > Print from your browsers menu bar.
  • Navigate to the next chapter you wish to print and repeat the process.

The v15 Payroll manual actually consists of over 15 different files, likewise the Year End manual consists of multiple files. Please note that in printing an HTML manual there will be no page numbers for reference. As with printing any web page, the pages may "break" in odd locations.

Since the display of the document uses frames, the printing instructions are slightly different than they would be for a web page that doesn't use frames. Printing actually consists of printing each chapter separately.

To print:

  1. Navigate to the chapter you wish to print. If you want the entire manual, start with the Table Of Contents, the proceed in logical order through each chapter, ending with the Index.
  2. Move the mouse cursor into the main document frame--the section where the manual text is displayed--NOT the navigation pane.
  3. Right click the mouse and select Print Frame from the popup menu that appears.
  4. Navigate to the next chapter you wish to print and repeat the process.

We are proud to bring you our HTML manual format and we are working on more improvements and enhancements to it constantly. As our online documentation is updated frequently (NOTE: Updates apply only to the latest releases of the software, i.e., v16 as the current version is updated "live", v15 or previous is not updated), we suggest you print out sections you need the most and then check back often for the latest updates. Updates to the manual will always be noted on the main documentation page documentation.aatrix.com .
