OS X Users: v15 Quarterly Update

This installer contains program, tax table, and Print & Mail form updates current through the beginning of the quarter.

To install your Aatrix Payroll Product Updates:

  1. Drag the entire Aatrix payroll product folder (named Aatrix Top Pay, Paycheck, or Ultimate Payroll) to your OS X Applications folder and clickREPLACE in the message box that displays to overwrite the current folder.

Updating Print & Mail Reports

  1. Launch the payroll program, navigate to the Reports tab window, select a report from the Print & Mail list, and click the Preview Report button.
  2. In the Forms Update Check screen, click the CD / Other Update button.
  3. In the getfile window, select the CD or DMG from which you installed your program update, and then click the Choose button.
  4. In the Update window, mark the form packages you need to update and then click the Update button.
    NOTE: The Federal forms package is already marked by default.
  5. Click the Enter Number button in the Forms Registration alert box and enter your Print & Mail product code.
    The forms are now updated and ready to use.
