Q. How do I efile my W2s?

A. eFile is an extra service from Aatrix Software. To prepare for eFiling, you will need to go to efile.aatrix.com and sign up for the service. At the end of the year, you will need to process the W2s in your payroll application (please refer to the Year End manual for instructions). When the W2s have been processed and sent to the W2 Report Queue, you will click the eFile W2s button to file electronically.

NOTE: Updated W2 instructions for the latest version of Payroll Series software, and an alternative method of processing and filing, are forthcoming and will be announced on the main FAQ page and also on the Documentation Home page.

System and software requirements for eFile: You need to have a Macintosh computer with an OS of 10.0 or higher, and Aatrix Payroll Series Product version 15 or higher.
